PORTABLE CHARGING 3DS DOCK

Modified a 3DS charging Dock to add portable charging by connecting a TP4056 Lithium Ion Battery Charger, MT3608 Buck Converter, and a Lithium Ion battery to the charging terminals. The modification allowed the 3DS to be fully charged, effectively doubling the battery life off a single charge, and could charge and be charged simultaneously, even while playing.
